AGA-250 teaches the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the General Application and Implementation Directive 2025 as they apply to organizations building and deploying AI systems — training data provenance, lawful basis for model development, automated decisions affecting Nigerians, and the cross-border transfer problem created by the fact that every major model provider sits outside Nigeria.
You finish able to classify your organization and defend it, discharge the DPO function to the standard GAID requires, prepare a Compliance Audit Return that can be substantiated, conduct a DPIA for an AI system, run a breach response inside the notification window, and document a transfer position that will survive scrutiny.
